Dual Light Pad
This means the Dual Light Pad is not properly connected or is no longer working. Follow these steps to determine the issue:

Check if the Dual Light Pad is properly connected to the Yellow Box. Do this by reconnecting the yellow cable of the Dual Light Pad to the Yellow Box. If the warning goes away, that was the problem. If the warning does not go away, proceed to step 2.

Check if the yellow cable of the Dual Light Pad is damaged or broken. Look at the cable and feel it. If the cable is broken, go to step 5. If the cable is not broken, proceed to step 3.

Remove the battery from the Yellow Box, wait 5 seconds, and then reinsert the battery. This restarts the Yellow Box. Write down the new therapy ID, located at the top left of the screen. Provide this to your baby's doctor for their records.

If the warning still appears, call a nurse or doctor and discuss the next steps.
